My boots have been ripped for a long time...steering is sloppy...how easy is it to do yourself??? I'm a 5 on a scale from 1-10 on car knowlege I learn quick but I don't want to **** anything up......

What do I need tie rod, boots, and I will get an aligment right after....thanks guys..
