It sounds like someone is making balloon animals when I turn left and the suspension travels. I got it narrowed down last night to the upper control arm... specifically the rear bushing.

How hard is it to change those bushings? Do I need a press or any special equipment? I know a lot of people are just replacing the whole control arm, but that seems a bit extreme for a car with otherwise stock suspension.
