vafc conntroller...bad wires
When moving the conntroller around ..car wants to die or does die... does ne one have this problem?... must be a loose wire in the controller or something im thinking...
Yup I had that problem before. Everytime I went over a bump or moved the VAFC with my hand the car would either start to stall out or just completely die. I pulled it out and saw that some of the wires were frayed. I heat shrunk them and reinstalled it and it was fine after that.

yes thats EXACTLY what im talking about... was it the wires going into the vtec conn. itself of the ones rewired to the ecu that was frayed?

it was the wires from the vtec controller itself. It was vtec and another wire but I can't remember what the other wire was sorry man it was about 2 years ago.
