Default O2 sensor? Did search no help!

Well my car has been smoking lately so i did a compression test and everything was fine. But as soon as I finished the comp test me CEL came on code 1. Checked the wires nothing wrong so I put a multi to it and nothing, like .025. So I replaced the O2 sensor and pulled the hazard fuse to reset the ECU and I still have the code. My A/F gauge usually runs in rich until the car warms up then stoich when driving. Now driving in the city it only lights up one lean bar. The weird part is when I get on the freeway and get up to 65 mph the guage starts showing stoich and the CEL goes away, but as soon as I'm back in stop and go traffic the light comes back on. Almost like the O2 sensor is only working when there is more/hotter gases running by it. This is on my DOHC ZC. Please HELP!!!!

thanks,
Eric

I'll just throw this out there. When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Good looking out Redbaron haven't changed it in a while. Back to Autozone for me. Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks,

Eric

I got the fuel filter for an 89 integra thinking it will fit, DOHC ZC. It is totally different. the one that is on there has both fittings on top. The 89 teg one has one on the top and one on the bottom. What year/make fuel filter do I need. I can't check the part number on the one on the car because it is turned completly backwards. Tried to no avail.

Thanks,
Eric

i`d say get one for your car year and make . just cause you have the motor don`t mean you have to get a feul filter for that motor . did you change it
