Default Type R

I am in search of Type R. I am looking for a black one but I really am not having any luck. I would prefer it to be at a Dealership but not totally necessary. I am located in Philly so any help would be great. I also would like it to be 25000 miles and under. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's an Acura delaership in Mass. that's off the Mass Pike, they have a yellow R sitting on one of those pedstal things, I can see it from the highway. It's somewhere around Framingham MA area.

No, I dont know the name or the exact location, but I guess I can find out.

edit - that's about 4- 4.5 hours from Philly.

Just be patient. Wait for what you want. They are out there. I found mine through autotrader. Also keep an eye on itrca.com.

There's a black one for sale at a Honda dealer in Highland Park Illinois. Kinda far.... but a nice weekend trip to Chicago would be fun, and you could drive a new Arrr home.

FYI, philly is not the best place to own an R unless you have access to secure parking. So if you have to park on the street, I would advise against getting an R.

Otherwise, search around, there are For Sale threads all the time on here so look around some more. Also, if you buy one from a dealer, you are gonna get *** raped and they will probably charge you close to the brand new price even if the car has over 30K miles on it. God damn rules of supply and demand.

Good luck

Here's my R with 21k miles on it, I'm thinking about selling. Let me know.

Got the IS, don't need the R anymore.

I second that... IF somebody had the keys in front of me I would take the R. In fact I would pay the price of the IS for the R. JMHO

If its in MA off the pike, it is probably Auburn Acura (close to worcester). I think I saw a PY one there the last time I drove by.

Please keep all these sightings coming. I would really like to find one at a dealership because I have a car to trade in. I really dont care what the dealer charges me because that 4.9% rate makes up for it.

If I live in southern state (no snow) I don't mind having the IS instead of R...but if it's vice versa I maybe buy an FWD or AWD car.
