Default Carbon Fibre wing insert

anybody know if they still makes these and who makes them?? It is a carbon fibre piece that rests/sits/clips into the middle part of the wing...

I've never seen this.

It's ironic that you want to add weight to your car with carbon fibre.

Reid, I think I know what hes talking about, if i remember correctly Migs, had a picture of it, but im not sure if it was Migs or not

I've seen a little piece of carbon mounted on the trailing edge of the wing.

It was posted by LePetitePrince or something like that.

Some idiot must have been bored one Saturday and had some resin & carbon fiber cloth lying around. Probably has no aero effect, but definitely bling.

Uhh...not exactly. The under side has a nutsert sticking out of it. You're lookin' at the pretty side.

Mine is mounted the otherway... with the big metal washer/nut inside, and the Black plastic cap on the outside. Loox factory that way (well they are OE parts)

So, how are your OE springs, adjustable perches and yellow OE dampers working out?

I like OE parts too, where they make sense (i.e. tie rod ends) but an OE plug for a friggin' hole? Please.

lol... i like OE parts where i can use them. My red OE intake and anodized OE shock mounts and OE 225 width tires are also quite nice

The piece in question basically sits on the "trailing edge" of the wing, so it would unfortunately not hide much damage on the top surface of a wing.
