Help Removing Rota Center Caps

My Rota Slipstreams have the ugly fake carbon fibre centre caps on them. They're on there pretty tight, how do I get them off without scratching the wheels?

Take them off, put a stick or something on the back of the cap and hit it with a hammer. Comes off easily.

i believe you push them out from the inside of the rim....all it is is just plastic

Pop them off from the car side of the rim.
