How I've spent my time away from H-T (56k death)
well not exactly, but the last few weeks have been a lil more involved, especially since i am moving to another location AGAIN on top of this current "project"
finally the suspension is just about done, all its missing now is a rear lower arm bar which i'll be adding on right before the clubsi gingerman day; for those of u that dont know i havent driven this car on a REAL TRACK for almost 2 years now so i'm sure most of you can understand how stoked i am
and now for the huge pics!!

on a side note, power fc datalogit compatibility with sony vaio laptop has own3d me all week, i cannot for the life of me get the datalogging software to communicate with my laptop so unfortunately i have no dyno numbers to share with yall

I keep tellin you it is a com port problem
. If you wanna come down to TN I can make it work
. Are there any chicago based computer support folks in the house? Leo coudl use a little assistance getting a USB to serial adapter cable into the right comport so that the datalogit software can see it.
Good luck and nice parts!!

The USB Adapter defaults to COM 4, and It won't let me change it.
The Datalogit Software reads Com 1-8, so I don't see what the problem is.
Nice Pics of my Strut Bars, Leo

The adapter was on COM6 the other day when Leo called me. Most computers use COM 1/3 or Com 2/4. If it is on 4 I would think it might work. I have yet to try my adapter with the datalogit and power FC. I just used it with my hondata and got it working after a little com port fight of my own.

YOu definitely have some configuration issues to hammer out. One way to fix it woudl be to sell the Laptop and get one with a serial port. They are considerably easier to setup.
