Default water in tail lights

I recently installed rear euro tail lights on my 97 civ cpe and I have noticed the passenger side lens is getting exposed to water and leaving a mist on the lens. I have tried maneuvering a twisted paper towel but it continues to be reccuring problem. How can I prevent this and get the mist off the lens??

i know this isn't going to help but you should sealed those things up with RTV silicone sealent. Taillights that arent' stock are usually going to leak like that.

As for cleaning them, I've heard of sticking headlights into an oven for a little while, then peeling them open, i don't know if it would work for tail lights.
