If you have a 91 Si, welcome to the wonderful world of B21a. I burn almost 1.5 quarts of oil every 400 miles. I'm just gonna buy a case to put in the trunk this summer. Honestly, if you are having problems like that you are better off just swapping in a JDM B20a. It will probably only cost you in the neighborhood of $750 shipped, and you will NOT have the oil burning problems again. The only difference between the two motors is about .05 less displacement and maybe 5 less hp. Regardless, the better reliability is worth it.
i would love to do a swap, but the ony problem is that i am a college student, therefore poor. if i switched out for the jdm, would i need new mounts or anything. i would love to get a Si motor cuz i got the P.O.S. carb model.
