why would you need one step colder plugs? are you boosted? if your fairly stock i would just stick with stock set up and save your money..thats just me.
but if your going to change it...cap and rotor, new wires

honeslty from experience you wont notice any difference....you wont even need ignition upgrade untill your hitting 300whp if or when you go turbo.

It's not overkill if your goal is to spend money on parts that will make no difference.

Just use the stock NGK plug. It works best. That's what it was engineered to work with from the factory. But if you follow that line of thinking, the cap, rotor, and wires should be honda OEM as well. Plugs won't last as long as the other ones, but you can swap them in 30k miles in 5 minutes with fresh gapped new ones .
I realize it, I just didnt want to make a new thread, using search tool instead, thought that was the "right" thing to do.
on this acuraoeparts site, for the timing bolt, I need:
Timing belt, Tensioner, Spring, and bolt, anything else besides waterpump i should get while Im ordering

I get front cam and crank seals and the cam plug. As well as Honda Coolant (I don't f#&k around). In all seriousness...I would highly recommend those seals/plug and the Honda coolant.
Maybe a thermostat is a good idea too.
I usually go on an effing safari when I'm shopping at Honda though. I use bernardiparts.com. I usually take the opportunity to buy bulk amounts of various drain/fill plug washers, fluids, greases, touch up paint, etc. I even bought Honda genuine electrical tape last time. Idk why. I just wanted it. I work on/own a ton of Hondas. So...I buy a lot of their stuff in bulk. But I would recommend buying everything you need/will need in the near future at one time to avoid additional shipping costs.
