I think it would look better without the Rota Center caps

not to bash you or anything....

but I don't get putting cheaper wheels on your car than what originally came on the car. I understand an EG or an EF with Rotas, since they came with 13inch steelies....but whats wrong with the stockies???

Not starting an anti-Rota thread.,..but it seems sense to upgrade and not downgrade IMO...

Also, I think you should paint the grill back to black...looks cleaner IMO.

Dope R though

Emerika: Are they really a downgrade though? Lighter, wider and if you get em in black you never have to clean em

I picked up my rotas because they are light and I didn't like the looks of the stock wheels. Sorry to be part of the thread in a negative way...I just hate when people say Rotas are a downgrade.

looks like you bought your car like mine...with chipping red painted calipers

-Tommy who is too lazy to remove the chipped up red paint and thought it would eventually chip all off...silly me, the paint still hasn't chipped all off after 3 years of my ownership

I dont know why anyone would consider saving 3-3.5 lbs off rotational mass a downgrade.

oh. thats right. I guess its because all hype R owners are ricers.

I'm not ripping on Rotas or anything...but a budy of mine sticks out.

He puts a JDM front end on his car, spends 1200 bucks for a water injection system for his JRSC to gain 7 lousy hp(not worth 1200 bucks IMO), spend 2 g's on the paint, and then buys a fake CF lip that's already cracked and some ROtas. I just feel like if you're putting that much money into a nice car, then put it where it counts.

Not doggin on Rotas, cause I'd probably get a pair if I didn't have wheels....but they're WAY better then 17inch Motegei's

I don't think Rotas are a "downgrade" for R owners. As mentioned they are lighter than stock and don't kill your wallet...
