Ok, I got the filter off and I'm ready to put things back together. The OEM fuel filter came with 3 silver washers, 2 big and one small one. I assume I'm supposed to replace the washers but I only saw the one washer on top of the filter (not including the brass one) when taking the thing apart. Where do they go??? the car is a 99 Si.

 

check this link, i think you are talking about the crush washers, the 2 big ones go for the fuel line, one on top and the other on the bottom, the small washer goes to the top small nut, that relieves the fuel pressure, check the link and look at the pictures
