I hope all of you know that giving the vin number of your car can give people an advantage to STEALING you car.... i will not give people any ideas by telling how but i for one think that the rule of giving a vin number in order to post a car FS is to me very unfair... maybe we should just start posting names and addresses too! Sorry i am venting but two stolen car that i lost over $8000 in, i believe gives me a reason.....

Fair enough, Just dont post your car For Sale in this forum then. Ppl want the VIN so they can run a carfax on it. But yes your right, ppl can do other things with that too.

however you run less a chance of that happening if you only send it to prospective buyers
you could post them forsale at hondaclassifieds.com worked for me
