Default 65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater?

I pulled a CEL off of my car today. I got a code 65, which is a secondary oxygen sensor heater? How do I fix this? Change the secondary o2 sensor?

I have the same problem.

I lengthened by secondary sensor wires in order to reach the secondary hole in the header. I am not running a cat either.

The problem most likely lies in the O2 sensor connection. Either it isn't connected properly, it might be loose or not connected at all.

If you'd have a bad O2 sensor, you'd be getting a code 63.

I ended up replacing the O2 sensor.
