If you sealed it, then how is the water getting in?

uh, we need more info:
did you buy $19 euro clear off eBay?
have you been dragging at Joppa Flats, overshooting the runoff and landing in the Merrimack River?

but seriously, are they OEM Honda?

I have only used my car for everyday driving. They are APC clear corners. No more than 2-3 months old.

Water might be getting in through the bulb sockets. I used some foam tape to form a better seal around the sockets before reinstalling the the bulbs in the lenses. No more leaks.

all of the ones i've owned had a U-shaped vent tube on the back i think this is to vent out condensation - maybe you don't want this sealed. sometimes a drive thru car wash is enuf to get water in mine.
