better off going with a better header. that comptech only has a 2.25 collector.

I would guess that you might hit 180 whp. Ditch the Comptech header if you want to help yourself reach 200.

ditch the comptech ehh.... I just fricken bought the thing....

Hmmm... Between the following headers what do you recommend, keep in mind, I dont want anything with a low hang, I am not buying a header for 1000.00 just so it gets scraped while going over a speed bump.

- Toda
- JUN
- Spoon
- Mugen

well look at what you actually have listed that will make power.

1.cams
2.cam gears
3.p28/hondata
4.2.5 exhaust/high flow cat

180-190 whp isnt bad for those few things, its actually quite impressive.

ps. cost effective and all-motor have never been friends with each other, be prepared to spend more cash than you planned on.

Among those, Toda far and away. However, it is about $1k. Mugen has been copied w/ better results by DC Sports. Don't know enough about the Jun and Spoon to comment. If you are low budget, DC JDM 4-1 is pretty good for the $. Best choice would be SMS if you find yourself willing to spend the $.

go with either header tech header or AN-R header. both arent that expensive and should perform alot better than the comptech. i think someone said on the header tech header, he made 12whp over the DC JDM 4-1. i think it was vtecvoodoo that made the gains, and hes probably tried almost every header out there.

oh yea the DC JDM 4-1 header sucks for ground clearance, if ur lowered i wouldnt think about getting it.

toda, smsp, hytech, comptech race header, are all very good headers, but the price tag isnt too lovely. some have waiting list.
