Default inline ss filters?

where can i get one, im gonna order a jbl1200.1 soon and a dual 2 ohm 12 L7 and put it in a bigass ported box i made. but where can i get the ss filter, are they set in hz? like 30 or somethin, i dunno

i forgot what the box will be tuned to , but its the biggest one for the 12 inch L7 on the kicker site. prolly around 30 - 40 round there....but thanks

The size is irrevelant. Find out the tuning freq of the box and subtract ~5hz from that. Find an FMOD that is close to the difference, and you'll be all set.

Kicker normally recommends 40hz tuning. You drop half an octave below tuning for subsonic filter freq calculation. In this case get a 30 hz one. I would run a plot in winisd to verify.
