differences with the 94+LS header and a 99-00 SI header

is there any difference if i would use a 4-1 LS header over a 4-1 99-00 SI header on a B16?

The angle/position of the flange at the collector is different, so the LS header won't bolt to an Si cat. and vice-versa.
