Engines wants to Bog out
I just swapped in a 1gen B16 into my 93' integra (using a P30 obd-1 ecu). And when i slighty rev the motor when it gets to 1500 rpms it wants to bog out , But if i put more gas it goes through the bog up above 1500 and then i am not able to hold the engine at any rpms it just keeps wanting to rev up. I need help please anyone!!!!
