Default A'PEXi power intake, anyone?

i've searched for days but i am unable to find a picture of the intake system, just hundreds of pics of the filter itself (and many of them are the older super intake). anyone ever seen a pic of the tubing? is there a heat shield? anyone have this? apex site says "all...including type-r" but some sites say "excluding type-r" just curious... thought this would be something differnt (than aem) and it performed well in a revspeed/supra test.

the super intake that i had was connected to the stock intake tubing.. it was just the filter with a little black metal piece that connected the 2.

all i know is that i've seen the filter only for around $80 and the system for $188 so you better get more than a bracket

144 more hrs of searching and i found these. of course these are not integras, but you get the idea: a nice chrome tube. anyone have one in their integra? lowest price i've seen is $139 (list $188).

the positive review (supra-4 filters) in revspeed has been translated into english and can be found here. i would be very concerned if you own an HKS or Blitz.

well, i'm not paying $140-150 for a bracket and filter. i've seen the filter only for $65-75.

Why not just get a K&N filter for under 30 bucks?
