I was going to buy a T3/t66 from cheapturbo.com. They told me $999shipped. You think you could do better? Also, do you have a Garrett .82a/r turbine housing?

just out of curiousity...have you heard of any HP numbers with the t3/66?...seems to me with a wheel that big you really need to step up to a full t4 to take full advantage of it.

im not sure if this is a good place to ask this, and im not tryin to flame...im just curious because i am running a t3/60-1 on my dsm and im getting ready to put a stroked and bored built motor in it so i will eventually need something larger but dont want to deal with getting a new manifold and downpipe.

thanx

thanks for the Numbers Terry....

That's the size of the wheels.

With a stage 5 wheel and an .82 a/r housing, the t3/t66 should be really good.

That was the biggest reason why I decided that this might be a good idea. Everybody wants or needs a bigger turbo, but does not want to buy a new manifold and downpipe to go with it.

I will get prices soon

No problem Paul. Bump for a good turbo both of them. To Goldeberg the Inducer is the small prtion of the compressor wheel the major is the big portion of the compressor wheel. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

62-1 compressor wheel is Inducer=2.441" and Major 3"

The turbine specs Paul should be able to provide but I would expect them to be same as most other turbo manufacturers like Stage 1,2,3 and 5 wheels, choice of .48 A/R ( I dont think so Paul), .63 A/R and .82 A/R turbine housings, I think the .48 A/R housing would be waaaaay too cmall for these combos however.

60-1 Inducer=2.324 Major=3"

those are the specs on the compressor side. With the same turbine setup, there will be very little difference
