A miracle. They aren't compatible, and hacking and splicing up the wires wouldn't be a good idea. You need something like this:

Unless you know how to properly splice the ballast you will have to change either the bulb or ballast. There is no special adapter.
Go to http://www.suvlights.com they sell the ballasts separately. The guy there is very helpful.
If you remove the stock Philips connector from the ballast you will find three wires - blue/red/white. The white wire is simply there for support whereas the red/blue wires are positive/negative. You will need to match up the red & blue wires from the ballast to the wires from your bulb. See if you can get the matching connectors for the bulb from wherever you got the HID bulb.

This is what you need right here:
It allows you to convert the D2 connector onto the ballast into a conversion bulb connector like what's on your HID bulb.
Unfortunately misterjung's site isn't taking orders at the moment due to problems w/ US Customs.

stay away from Mr. Jung... nothing but problems there from what I have heard.
You can get a wiring harness from suvlights, but I don't know if it has the same connectors as the capsules you have.
