bushing install

is there any easy way to install new bushings without the use of a hydrualic press?

I'm doing the ES master set on my 92 Si and haven't needed a press yet. But I'm to the rear trailing arms now and those are some big ******....

Easy? Hell no! Except take it to a shop, crack open your wallet.
