Default Obd2 ECU not ajustable with a V-afc?

Why o why?

I'm used to work with a Apexi V-afc on my old car with a Obd0 ECU and it worked perfectly! A few percent less or more where enough to adjust the A/F ratio.
But now with my Integra TypeR EDM '99 with Obd2 ECU it just doesn't work right!
The A/F ratio is very difficult to control. I must set huge numbers to adjust the A/F only a bit and at higher rpm's it doesn't seem to react at all!

Is this normal on a Obd2 ECU? Is the fuel map not adjustable by the Map sensor at high RPM?
And what can I do to adjust the A/F ratio to get full power. In the future I'm gonna run Toda B so it will be important to adjust it!

Who knows?

It works with my 2001 ITR so I don't see why yours shouldn't work unless you installed it incorrectly.

Maybe it isn't connected correctly?

Its wired perfectly.
I used to work with a V-afc for 4 years now (also installing it in other cars) so I know how it works or how to install one.

Is the EDM ECU program different from the rest of the world?
strange..... I've asked more people here in Holland and they are suffering the same problems.

My OBD2 worked fine with my VAFC, tuned a very nice a/f ratio very easily. But that's gone now and OBD1 is my friend . Anyways, I'm sure just about everyone will say, OBD2 and a VAFC work fine together

Are all your connections soldered? Or crimped?
