i am trying to remove the center piece just above the radio cxan someone please help me

im tryin to remove the center piece above the radio
i try pullin it out and it feels like its gonna come off but like something in the middle is holdin it like a screw or something
can someone please tell me how to remove it

by da way i pulled a 15.0 headers intake exhaust on my 94 gsr not bad huh

Dunno how to get the middle thing above the radio off but there's a guy who posted a 14.6 with I/H/E. Can't say if it's true or not but, in your face! Just kidding
