Zeal b6 suspension squeek, anoying!
i have had my zeal b6's for about a month now and the front aren't really bad but the back make so much squeeking noise over bumps and ruff roads.
since the back ones have the polyurethane bushings, im sure this is why i get the squeek. i just put them in without any grease or anything. should i take them out and put grease on the bushing or is there a spray i could use?
please help! thanks.

Yep, welcome to metal-to-metal pillowball mounts. The front ones squeak as well, but you just can't hear them since they are under the hood.
You could grease the top hat, but I don't think it would do a ton of good. However, you could cut a thin rubber gasket for the top and put that in between the suspension and body if you were really ambitious.

I don't get the whole pillowball mount thing. The stock shock bushings are mostly metal, and they really don't compress, so they let the shock work immediately. What parts are the pillowball mounts replacing? I thought it was basically just the top shock bushings and hat.
I had a machine shop drill out my stock bushings so that I could use them with my Truechoice coilovers. Better than polyurethane bushings.

The Zeal shockbody/tophats, etc are kindof one piece. All bushings are poly with metal inserts.

so todd00 do you just take the squeeking as a part of improved performance or have you done anything personal to tone it down? thanks i might try the rubber gasket thing on top.
U can contact Ben at info@aj-racing.com I think he can help u out on that.
U got the coilovers from him or?

My Zeal Function S squeak a bit in the back, but I'm hoping the Cusco lower tie bars I picked up this time will help reduce it a bit.
Regardless, I think the improvement in damping performance is an acceptable tradeoff for the squeaking.

You could always grease the crap out of everything--that should tone things down a bit. I deal with the minor squeaking as most do with the volume of a performance exhaust. There is some give and take when it comes to hi-performance parts
