Default Type R Exhaust

waddup everybody. i got a question. I have a 95 USDM gsr in my hatch. i have a jdm type r header, and planning on getting ahold of the type r cat as well. will the type r piping fit on the my eg? has anybody tried this? the only difference i can really think of is the width of piping obviously. but me and my friends havent really tampered with integra exhausts. if it doesnt fit, oh well, i am just trying to stay as OEM as possible. ive had a few problems with custom exhausts. any info would be greatly appreciated.

it will work but the piping has to be modded at the muffler and also the tail pipe need to be shortened. this topic has been gone over a few times do a search and i'm sure u will find more specific info.

Most problems i have had with the custom, is never fitting right, i have tried a few different places. i figure if i can get a hold of a full type r exhaust system, it will probably be quieter and more effective. but thanks also for the other comments, i will search for the topics.

It will most likely be quieter, but it will definately not be more effective (power-wise) than a properly built custom setup.
