Default $1000 to spend on suspension

I have searched, and none of the threads were much help.
I am looking for a decent coilover setup for my 99 si. I plan to take it to the track a few times a month, and I will be running about 300whp. I have thought about Koni yellows with Eibachs, but I would rather have a real coilover setup. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Tein SS you might ...if you gte a hook up... get them for that much, or just get Tein Basics ($750) and use the rest on ITR rear sway w/ beaks and some struts/ties.

If thats what your looking for Id go with the Koni/GC setup...the Teins are a little hard for daily driving IMHO

yeah, but they can't be worse than the skunkworks coilovers, and stock shocks I have on there now. Yes I said skunkworks not skunk2 that is how old they are. Feels like I have no suspension.

I'm looking into a new suspension setup too. The Tein SS's look like a prety nice setup. And you can get the electronic thingajiggy for them too for an extra $300 or so. I don't remember the 3 letter acronym right now, hence the "thingamajiggy". Hehe

That's the one.
Looks pretty cool to me. Anybody have this setup on here? How close to stock ride quality can you get with this setup? I'm seriously looking into this setup because I've had a few different setups in my car and have yet to find one I'm really happy with. KYB AGX shocks, skunks, skunk2's, sprints, and now I'm rolling around on a set of Aerospeed coilovers (full ones, not the sleeves) that I'm ALMOST happy with, but they're horrible for long highway trips.

What about a set of sportlines with koni yellows?

And remember that you can only use the EDFC with select TEINs.

I like my APEXi WS coilovers, good street suspension and less than 1000.

Try the custom rate GC/Koni Yellow setup or go with Tein SS. I would go with the CGs because they can work out a suitable custom rate that will be the best for your setup.
