Did you have any problems with running out of adjustment on the tierods? More camber + lower car = no more toe adjustment (usually). Just wondering if the BCs have any provisions for this.
as for the tie rod settings at that height no, there is still room for adjustment...
what i had problems with though is that not any suspension shop could do this kind of tuning...so race suspensions specialists were up to the task...
i just like to thank ALAN for AJ POWER canada for helping me out with the technical details..
WHOITR- no i haven't have pics without wing as I put on the stock DC5R wing when im done with the GT wing...but i will take it off sometime today and take a pic for you...
cheers

honestly i believe this coilover system emphasises more on circuit usage than street applications. Although i do use these coilovers on the street it is still pretty bumpy ride...but the performance they give far outweighs the bumpy ride....
Thanks for your help
btw....what is the spring rate coming with your Buddyclub? I want to know will they have different spring rate for the type-R vs the type-S.

The BC racing spec should be 10kg-mm front and 16kg-mm rear. Not sure if the Aussie R is the same as the Japan R, but the stock spring rates are progressive from 3.2 - 5 kg-mm front and 5.6 - 8 kg-mm rear. The stock suspension on mine feels as if it is already an aftermarket piece, I like it!!!
If and when I get a suspension, I was going to look at the Buddy Club Racing Spec but possibly change the springs with some Swift springs, something in the neighborhood of 16 and 30 front and rear.

yes they come with F10kg/mm and R16kg/mm....although they can take more aggressive spring rates...46mm piston and 15 way adjustable...
yes swift springs are the go for me as well....also due to there lightweight design...
just a couple more pics:

I have a feeling the stock JDM DC5R sussy would feel like my stock/spoon spring setup... F7.2 kg/mm R8.4 kg/mm - this felt good for street, it really eliminated alot of that nasty bodyroll
Im still playing around with the settings but I am finally happy with the height settings on my car.

BC RS have only one type - which is for DC5 (both Type S and R).

What about the angle of the tierods? Do you still have that \_/ shape? I'm wondering if BC modifys their tierod/strut attachment to compensate for the tierod issues.

How about a picture out of the grass so we can get a good perspective of the ride height. Maybe you could take one on a level flat surface for us. Thanks
PS: Looks good so far.

both the Buddy Club Racing Spec Dampers and the Zeal V6 adjust the tie rod a bit higher for better clearance
wish i had a picture that showed it</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yeah, me too. I'm not sure what you mean by "higher". The tie-rod attachment would need to be further out and lower toward the ground to get rid of the out-of-adjustment issue and the 'V' problem.
