Default Need Help Please!! How do I get the manual window winders off?

Title says it all, I've never had manual windows before, and I can't get the handles off. It's a 92 Dx.. I didn't want to just yank, but I don't have the manual for the car. Thanks alot!

Well theres a special tool needed that just pushes the clip off. They are about 15 bucks for the tool, but i would recomend grabbing a pick tool. Pull the base if the handle out a little so that you can see behind it. There is a gold horseshoe clip that holds it on. Grab it with the pick tool and pop it off. Then the handle will just come off.

I just used a paper clip with a bent hook at the end.

socks work awesome as well. just slide it in there and the clip will catch and then come off.
