Yep, I'm selling my BRAND NEW Precision SC61 turbo before I even got to use it. If you dont know how good this turbo is, then it probably isnt for you(or maybe it still is?!?!?). I am looking to get $700 shipped for it.

Looks like a T04E housing to me. Also it's a .63 A/R and looks like a Stage V wheel turbine?

No they dont. Stage 5 is just the smallest you can run.
