im acutally outside typing w/ greasy hands on my laptop w/ wireless

anyway i just finished taking both of my front shocks off.. now im stuck putting the assembly together for the ground controls... im stumped..

it says i have to resuse the bumpstops on my stock shocks but honestly i dont know how to remove it with that silver washer up top (appears to be on there very tight) how do i take it off?

my kyb's came with instructions also.. which do i follow .. the kyb or ground controls? the ground controls even said for me to file a peice of my kyb.. wtf? this is my first time doing suspension.. i dont know wf to do

please assist me im gonna lay down for a sec

some one link me to an idiot proof site.. or detailed text please..

if i remember correctly when i did mine, i placed a adjustable wrench over it then hit it with a hammer, came right off

 

yup... Just tap w a hammer or something. Very easy to remove.

 

didn't we talk on aim about this?

I had to use an airwrench to get one of my tophats off. the rest we did the "old-fashioned" way...didn't even bother with spring compressors (boy is that fun )
