Default Spring Rate difference between H&R Race and Neuspee Race?

springs for 92-95 civic or 94+ integra?
anyone know?
i got the spring rates for neuspeed race but nothing on h&r race...

im being offered a good deal for koni yellows with h&r race springs, but i got neuspeed race springs already, and he can also part out the setup, should i get the complete set up or just the shocks and use my existing neuspeed race springs?

Email the companies; I know Neuspeed isn't shy about giving out their rates, I imagine H&R is no different.

I'd like to know this as well.

Well the last time I contacted H&R which was almost 4yrs ago (Fall of '99), they told me their race springs for g3 Integra were: 583lb/in F, and 450R. I know g5 Civic's rates are lower, always have been (because they 're lighter I guess), so the 435/330 sounds pretty accurate if you told them you own a 92-95 Civic. These rates are also very good for Konis and within the range (or very close to the limit) of what Konis can handle.

The Integra H&R rates are too high for off-the-shelf Konis but someone told me a year or 2 ago at an auto-x event that H&R has lowered the Integra spring rates. The reason being that there used to be a wide misconception a couple of years ago, that Konis could handle up to 600lbs/in., which we 've known for a while now, is not true. Nevertheless I remember 3-4yrs ago on this board (and H-A.net), many people were recommending Konis for 600lb GC (ERS) springs. On the other hand, I don't know if the 583/450 Integra rates have changed for sure.
