Default Can a eeprom burner other than batronix be used?

I have seen similar burners from

http://www.willem.org/ and they say they supptort the 29c256 chip. Seems like they would work fine. Any opinions?

Most eeprom burners should work as long as you have the drivers on the computer and they meet the support the chip(s)
