Ive seen posts in the pasty about using some kind of special model paint (testors i think) to paint either half or certain parts of clear tails. My friend just bought a riced out civic hatch and he is in the de-ricing process. Can someone tell me what kinda paint to use, how to do it, and any ideas of how to do it (top half red, bottom white etc.). Pics wouyld be great

Tell him to stop being so cheap and go buy the stock ones from the dealer. The paint will eventually fade and look like crap anyway!

 

If not the dealership, try Ebay. I always see stock stuff go for cheap there.
He might even get something JDM. If he is like some kids, that should get him all
gleeful and ****.
