Default possible to swap front disc brakes to rear on 91 crx si?

Im considering upgrading to a 4piston caliper for my front, could i then replace my stock front calipers to my rear for added stopping power? is this possible?

No, it's not possible, the front caliper mounts in front of the hub whereas the rear mounts behind it. Well I guess you could if you got some custom stuff done. But you don't really need it. Just get some good pads for the rear and that should be fine.

no stoping power is gained with rear 4 piston upgrade, even the super heavy race cars, do not usually have more then 2 pistons in the back why, because rear only does about 25-35% of all the braking on the car....

but if you are looking for something custom, check with http://www.fastbrakes.com, brian....he posts on the board....i belive he even has a new kit coming out...also he has 11" kit for the back...
