Default Need help...Keep bogging...

Alright here is the deal...i am running 7psi on dx motor....when i am just driving normal and switch from 1st-2nd its boggs 2nd-3rd it boggs (only 3500rpm)....tonight at the track i could not save my life for bogging off the line with a good launch...i would have to ride the clutch to get out of the hole without bogging...when i switch while fully boosted it does not bogg....now my random tech. cat is rattling(calapsing) and #2 02 is out so the check eng. light is on....please help......

I'll assume that you're bogging when you shift because the gears in your tranny are too far apart to keep your turbo spooled. You are also letting your clutch out too fast on your launch. The only way to launch is to rev it up, then ride it out for a while.

i ease the clutch between shifts....and revving to high i spin way toooooooo much...
