Default Anyone running EF-1 cams and valvetrain components?

Just looking for some feedback from H-T folks about any of their valvetrain components and any dyno info on them. Thanks!

I have M21's going in tuesday with ef-1 springs and retainers

Im going to so-cal in the next couple weeks to get them tuned at trackmasters by robert (rocket)

I *might* have them roughly tuned next week up here in nor-cal by a local shop, but I am not sure if that is going to happen.

my engine is a gsr with jdm itr pistons, bottom end fully balanced, rev flat face valves, skunk2 IM, hondata s200 and cam gears.
not sure which header i will have, most likely header-tech

I have 98 itr cams right now

Yeah definitely let me know how that goes, I was thinking along the lines of the springs/retainers and M23's for my set-up. I'm interested to see what kind of power those m21's can make for ya. Have any numbers of what you're puttting out now with the ITR cams?

I also have another 4k miles on the motor which should help

172 is with stock gsr exhaust and wimpy comptech 421 header
