Default cf hood question

a local shop has one of the new VIS cf hoods for sale that have the cf under side as well instead of the older ones with the fiberglass under side i think? Anyways, they are selling it for $475 w/ hood pins....good price or not?

VIS racing hoods weigh just as much as oem hoods lol Try Fiber images, i had one it fits great and dosn't need hood pins and you cant break it hehe. I got a spoon cf hood now, fitment is awesome, and weaving is superb.

I was being sarcastic on weighing as much as oem hoods, but they still dont weigh anywhere near fiber images, or spoon.

Yeah, the old VIS hoods were pretty bad quality, they really made a strong comeback with their newer one. For the creator of the post, if the shop is local, there's no shipping, so that price is pretty good.

That's still a little on the high side. For no shipping 400-430 would be a more reasonable price. I got mine from NOPI (gasp) for 330.

I get connex . LOL
