Default question

say i had gas in my tank that had been there for about a long *** time. Would that cause my car not to start. it cranked for a little while but the now it wont. also is ther a drain plug or something to take the gas out?

same thing happened to me .. you may want to just take off the gas cap to release pressure and put it back on ... sounds weird but sometimes w/ heat it builds up a vacuum and won't let the fuel get to the fuel lines. mine stumped me and two mechanics until i got pissed and took the gas lid off to see if maybe my needle was reading wrong.

thanks for the advice im gonna try that and see what happens. i've thougth of siponing it but yuck. someone please tell me theres a drain plug.
