this guy i know has a t3/t4 e turbonetics turbo. He called turbonetics and told them he wanted a hybrid for his 1.6L and thats what they sent him. He wants to sell it to me brand new for $350 but he doesn't know the a/r or anything. It doesn't mark it on the housing, how can i measure the a/r by hand on the compressor and turbine?
