.82 or .48 turbine AR
right now i have a .82ar exhaust housing, ya i kinda got gayed and was told it was a .62 when i bought it
i can get a .48 for a good deal right now... . are there even any advantages to a .82? currently running a stock b16. i read on here that .82 can be good on 1.8L's and i have an LS block sitting in my garage, but with the build i wont be revving past 8000 rpm.
so .82 or .48? or wate around for a .62 for cheap

have you run the turbo in your car yet or is it just sitting there? if so, when did it spool or reach full boost?
deciding on a turbine a/r is really just personal preference. Do you want fast spool(without overspinning turbo) or do you want big time top end with much lag.

what size is the compressor housing? and what trim is it as well?
I personally will be using a .48 a/r with a t04e 52 trim. This turbo will still make power up top as well. You just wanna make sure you get as much "usable" power out of your turbo for your setup. If you plan on using the LS block later on, i would buy the .63 a/r housing. The .63 will be a good medium for both the b16 and the LS setup.

its a to4e 50 trim i think....
have not run it in my car, between jobs right now just trying to piece it all together
edit: i was looking at getting a greddy kit origionally, but you cant beat custom setup on cost
i was thinking the .48 would spool up quickly like the greddy kit, but from what you guys have said so far i will probably look for a .62

EDIT: there is no such thing as a .62 turbine housing

you have to physicaly measure the compressor wheel. The diameter of the exducer (large side) and measure the inducer (small side), squaring both numbers and dividing the smaller by the larger. this gives you a decimal, which is your trim
