Well, my oem lid is kind of messed up as in sticking out too much and I was just looking into my options. Where would you find metal gas tank lids?(not the sticker kind-tried search). Or how to fix the one I have. Thanks.

 

a bodyshop could probably fix your messed up stock one.

 

Uh, stock one is already metal.

If you're talking about a motorcycle cap, it requires EXTENSIVE body work. My friend did it with a genuine Honda CBR cap in the side of his Civic coupe, and he regretted it. If the body work is done well, it might be alright, but his was not, and it made the car very hard to sell.
