read that, theres good info on there.
if you want 250whp just get a drag gen 4 kit, you'll hit that with no problem on stock internals. dont go any higher then 8psi just to be safe.

if you are only looking for 250whp you simply need a turbo kit and thats all. some other goodies would be a boost gauge, egt gauge, turbo timer, boost controller, ignition box. if you can afford it, go with a hondata engine management system and have it dyno tuned to gain optimum performance.
turbo timer, not vtec timer.
The basic function of a Turbo Timer is to allow the vehicle to idle the engine, for a timed period, with the ignition key removed. This allows the engine oil and turbo center cartridge to cool down and prevent internal turbo damage. If you shut off your car simply after driving it hard the oil can 'coke up' inside your feed lines or center catridge, and this creates a flow restriction.
As far as vtec control, you can get the apexi v-afc to regulate when your vtec kicks in as well as your fuel curves. your best bet is hondata if you can afford it. http://www.hondata.com
do a search, a lot of this stuff has been covered recently.
