Default Detailing: Wash Claybar Polish Glaze Wax

I went to Autozone today to buy car care products and ending up getting confused. So I was wondering if you detailing guys out there could help me out by answering some questions.

1) Which order do I use the products? I planned on washing, claybarring, polish, glaze, then wax. I bought a bottle of Meguires #7 Showcar Glaze, but at the bottom is says it is a pure polish. So whats the difference between Glaze and Polish?

2) When Im applying the polish or glaze..whatever it is. How many coats can I put?

3) Whats the difference between a regular wax and a cleaner wax?

4) is this product abrasive? http://www21.3m.com/dr/v2/ec_M..._ID=0

Can someone post the order and products you guys use to get your cars looking its best? Also, include the number of coats.

Thanks.

edit:added question 4

I use claybar, polish and then cover everything with wax. I think cleaner wax cleans the paint. IT gets rid of swirls. I believe glaze and polish are the same. I usually go with one coat of polish or glaze. I use mother claybar but i hear clay magic was better. As for wax i use s200 which is rated one of the best. IVe also heard good things about klass and zaino brothers.

I believe that polish is pretty abrasive to your paint. Glaze probably isn't.

Regular wax is just a protective layer. Cleaner wax will actually help remove contaminants from your paint.

Go to http://www.autopia.org, then register it only takes 30 seconds. Then go the main page look to the top and click on the box that says "learn". http://www.autopia.ws/index.php

i used a mothers clay bar that came with instant detailer, i used klasse all in one (AIO), then i used the klasse SG.
wash car and dry, use clay bar with enough instant detailer so it glides, then wash car and dry, use the AIO, then use the SG.
go to http://www.premiumautocare.com for the klasse.
if you are a member at http://www.team-integra.net you get 5% (i think) off your order.

I have used Mother's, Clay Magic, and Meguiar's. Mother's is my favorite out of all of them. The Meguiar's bar was the worst, it was hard and tough to knead. The Clay Magic bar is alright but it's rather sticky. Mother's

And to answer #4, no probably not.
