yes i went to sacramento raceway, this was my first time at a 1/4 strip, okay I have headers, intake exhaust, AEM CAIntake, Mugen Headers, tanabe racing madalion WITH the Silencer in, also a JDM hi-flo cat, also a exedy stage 3 cerametallic clutch... I thought i would do way better then that i only ran the car twice i had to leave to a graduation, Is it my Vtec ? is it not pulling I need to get the car serviced and i need to put new spark plugs and wires will that make a difference?, what do you think is the problem ?

Needs service as in Oil, Valve Adjustment, **** like that? That'll slow you down. Or maybe try taking one of your headers off and just use one header

91 mph : this is a trap speed of 15.00-15.2 so I deduce your 0-60 tim are very ulgy like 2.5 or more ( dump it in your vtec with sticky tires to drop them to 2.0-2.2 )

91 mph is also a too much clower trap for an ITR, I saw bone stock ITR trapping 94-95 mph so maybe the weater wat too hot or too humid or maybe your car isn't in shape....

Your problem is the 60 foot time. 2.4+ is really high.

You aren't taking off fast enough. R's are good for consistent 2.1-2.2 60' times.

Don't be afraid to rev it high when taking off.

Make sure to lower your tire pressure to about 22psi so when you do launch at Vtec you wont just spin your tires. Also instead of just dumping the clutch and slamming on the gas try to feather the clutch/gas so you wont spin so much.

well having that silencer in probably hurt you a bit since you have a high flow cat, header and exhaust that is ment for your motor to breath better and having that silencer in just canceled those mods out....Just my .02 cents

LOL!
Hmm.. What are you shifting at? Hmm.. my last time at a chitty track i ran 14.7 with a 2.4 60 ft (14.3 corrected ) and this was a b18c5 in a 00 si. Yeah I would take that silencer off as well, the stock itr exhaust would be better than that.

You deflated your tires under 20psi? That had to have taken away a bit of your top end/trap speed, someone correct me if im wrong. When I went to the track last time I had my Azenis down to 30psi and i was only trapping at 86-88 but when i raised the psi to 35-36psi i was trapping at 95.....

I find that funny. Most of us call it a timeslip.

Something seems to be wrong with your R. 91mph trap is WAAAY low with those mods. Stock R's generally trap 94-96mph under good conditions.

That's just coincidence. I run around 17psi and I still trap low-mid 90's.

You got better traction with 30 psi, hence the lower mph.

Don't forget that drag racing is about ET, not mph.
