Default use flex piping?

just curious about who uses flex piping on their exhaust

I was gonna use it when i did my swap, between header and cat, and wanted to know how it holds up

I would recommend it. In my case, currently, I dont have one and the bolts keep backing out of my downpipe. It gets pretty annoying having to re-tighten or replace them every few days. I'll be running a flex-pipe asap.
