Default Having hard time eating fuel.

Car: 98 Acura EL( Civic )
Engine: D16Y8, basically stock
Milage: 110,000km, (68,350 miles)
Problems:
1. Car doesn't start very well even with 10 ~ 15L (2.4 ~ 4 gallon) of gas left in the tank. It starts well if I wait few seconds until the fuel pump stops making sound.

2. The speed changes dramatically on uphill when it's on cruise control.

Things have done to it.
- Fuel system was cleaned last year with Motorvac (I think). It solved the cruise control problem for few days, but came back after

-New Wix fuel filter months ago.

-ok spark plugs (NGK Iridium)

What to do?
-I think the fuel pump need to be replaced
-Clogged injectors?
-Clogged fuel line?
-Would fuel pressure regulator help?

change your fuel filter, make sure your gas cap is working properly (holding the vacuum).....if you still have the problem, it COULD be your fuel pump

My fuel filter is pretty new and gas cap is working fine. I think it's the fuel pump too but how would it effect the speed change on uphill?

probably the fuel filter, it's can be clogged up.

I just put a gsr fuel pump in my hatchy and i felt a noticable difference.
