F2 maitainence questions tires oil chain
I did a search but I couldn't find the info I wanted. What tire pressure should I run my tires at (Front and Rear)
I also need to change my oil this weekend, how many quarts does my 600 F2 need? Where to buy oil filter? Is the one from honda the only or best available?
Chain oil? Can I use WD-40, or is there a reason I should buy specific chain oil?
What else should I do to tune it up? fuel filter? anything else that would fall under regular maintainence?

I don't know specifically, but it should have a sticker that says. It's generally either on the swing arm, under the seat, or on the frame.

Again, no specifics, but I suspect it will take ~3-3.5 quarts with the filter. You can get other filters than OEM.. your mileage may vary. I always run OEM filters. I think the price is worth it. You can buy them at any local honda motorcycle shop.

WD-40 is more useful as a chain cleaner than as a lube. It spins off rather quickly. Spray chain lub is OK. You can also use 40w motor oil (not 10w40.. but 40w). Just put it in a rag, wrap it around the chain, and manually spin the rear wheel. You want to lube the inside of the chain.
The advantage of the spray chain lube is that it stays where you put it, and lasts a pit longer. Motor oil spins off a lot faster, and makes a mess when it does it.

Factory service manual is your god. Tire pressure of course. Other options include, check and potentially bleed or flush your brake fluids. Adjust and lube your cables. Synch your carbs. Change your plugs. Flush your coolant system. Check your airfilter and replace if dirty or worn (or clean if K&N)

i agree with project_mercy
i wouldnt use wd-40 for chains, i think its too light to stay on... on the other hand, motor oil works fine, and chain lube (the white powder one) is even better. when cleaning the chain, kerosene works fine IF there are no seals (o-ring, u-ring, etc) on the chain. If you are using a seal chain (which i believe most people are), id use a special cleaner. dont forget to adjust the chain tension. i always see people riding with chains dangling.
goodluck
